Booking & Pricing
[1.1] How do I book a travel trailer?
Browse our travel trailers and select Check Availability on the trailer you’re interested in. You’ll be taken to our secure booking page where you can view availability, select your dates, choose add-ons, and complete your reservation online.
[1.2] How much does it cost to rent a travel trailer?
Nightly rates vary by trailer, dates, and rental length. Additional charges may include the prep fee, protection fee, delivery, and any optional add-ons selected during booking.
[1.3] Is a security deposit required?
Yes. A $500 refundable security deposit authorization is required for travel trailer rentals. The authorization is handled separately from your rental payment and is released after the trailer is returned and inspected, provided there are no additional charges.
Rental Policies
[2.1] What is included with my travel trailer rental?
Each trailer includes basic kitchen essentials, cleaning supplies, bathroom essentials, and sheets for the beds. Available amenities and optional add-ons may vary by trailer.
[2.2] What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the rental start date are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the rental start date are non-refundable.
[2.3] Are pets allowed?
Yes, up to 2 pets are allowed in our pet-friendly trailers. Additional pet fees may apply. Guests are responsible for any excessive cleaning or damage caused by their pets.
Delivery & Setup
[3.1] Do you offer delivery and setup?
Yes. We offer delivery and full setup to campgrounds, OHV areas, and other destinations throughout Ridgecrest and surrounding areas. Delivery fees vary based on location.
[3.2] What does delivery and setup include?
We deliver the trailer to your destination, position and level it, complete the basic setup, and return for pickup at the end of your rental.
[3.3] Where do you deliver?
Popular destinations include Kern River, Lake Isabella, Dove Springs, Jawbone Canyon, Wagon Wheel OHV, Bishop, and other High Desert camping and recreation areas.
